Collecchio, 8 September 2020  – Parma Calcio were back in training at Collecchio this afternoon. With Coach Liverani giving the orders, the Crociati warmed up, focused on movement and completed ball possession drills. Intermittent work without the ball was then completed, while a practice match on a reduced section of the pitch brought today’s proceedings to a close.

Having returned from international duty, Botond BaloghMark Kosznovszky and Jasmin Kurtic trained with their teammates after having their swab taken.

Riccardo Gagliolo received treatment for plantar fasciitis. Matteo Scozzarella, meanwhile, was also on the treatment table due to a problem with his right knee: the midfielder has suffered a first-degree strain to his medial collateral ligament, an injury he picked up in training. With his condition already improving, he will continue to work separately and receive treatment for the next two weeks.

Having return to Parma, Marcello Gazzola was also given treatment for Achilles tendinitis, an injury that persists from last season.

The Crociati will complete a double session behind closed doors tomorrow.
