Turin, 21 April 2021 – Gaston Brugman had the following words to say after tonight’s match:
“There is so much regret over the equaliser just a few minutes before the end of the first half, because of how well we had done up to that moment, it made starting the second half more difficult. The performance was there as always, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough. We have to keep giving our all because mathematically we’re still in with a chance and we still have to fight. The free-kick? I work a lot on it during the week, I kicked a good one yesterday in training, and again today in the warm-up, it went well. I think it’s most children’s dream to score at Juventus. The free-kick master, Andrea Pirlo was on the sidelines, I’ve seen videos of him. It’s a different way of kicking, I try it a lot during the week”.
