The record from the last nine meetings between the two sides is totally even with three wins apiece and three draws. Torino have kept a clean sheet in four of their last seven Serie A matches against Parma – three wins, two draws and two defeats for the Granata in that time. Torino and Parma have drawn two of their last four games in Serie A, the same number of draws as in the ten previous meetings between the two. Torino and Parma have faced each other 16 times on the Granata’s ground and half of these have ended in a stalemate, including the most recent (1-1 in June 2020); the hosts have won three of these and the Crociati have won five. Should he be named in the starting XI, Jasmin Kurtic would make his 50th start for the Gialloblu in all competitions; the Crociati midfielder made 16 appearances and scored two goals in Serie A for Torino in 2013/14. Gervinho has provided four assists against Torino in Serie A, at least double his tally against all other teams in Serie A. Only AC Milan’s Franck Kessie (seven) and Udinese’s Rodrigo De Paul (six) have scored more away goals in Serie A this season than Juraj Kucka (five). Parma striker Andreas Cornelius has provided four assists in five Serie A appearances since the start of April, as many as he provided in his previous 68 games in the competition. Cornelius has scored in one of his three games against Torino as a Parma player in Serie A, in the 3-2 win in September 2019. Parma’s last eight goals in Serie A have been scored by eight different players: Gagliolo, Pezzella, Kucka, Man, Brugman, Hernani, Gervinho and Mihaila.
