Castelrotto, 16 July 2021 – Just before heading out for this afternoon’s session in Castelrotto, Dennis Man spoke to the press.

“This is my second season here, and I’m happy to be at Parma. I said last season that we could’ve stayed in Serie A but it wasn’t easy. We can get Parma back there though. It was a bit tough for me at the start but then I found that connection with my new teammates. As I said, I’m really happy to be here. We know that Serie B won’t be easy; I’ll do my best with the team in order to take Parma back to Serie A. I think that we have a good group, with which to reach our objective.”

“I’m feeling good with my teammates. They are all lovely. I’m not thinking about other teams; I want to stay at Parma and contribute to getting the Club back to the top flight. We have a new coach; he talks to us every day and tries to get us to play to our maximum potential. We need to keep our concentration and listen to him. I like to play hard; Maresca hasn’t told me anything in particular, he speaks with the whole team.”

Buffon? It’s a dream come true to have him here. It’s important to listen to him – especially for the young players – because we can all learn a lot from him. We have a lot of good players here. It’s nice to have Mihaila around; we talk a lot and this helps me.”
