Castelrotto, 16 July 2021 – A fifth day of work in the splendid setting of Castelrotto took place today for the Crociati, who completed a double session on the pitches at the Laranza Sports Field.
Following the orders of Coach Maresca and his staff this morning, the Crociati carried out a warm-up exercise, followed by rondos, some physical work with the ball, and possession exercises.
During the afternoon session, the team completed their usual warm-up with the ball, before working on ball possession and concluding the session with a match played on a reduced pitch. Tomorrow, the Crociati will take to the pitch at 10:30 CEST for a morning training session, before the first friendly match of the season against Stegen Stegona, which kicks off at 17:00 CEST.
