Castelrotto, 19 July 2021 – The Crociati completed their eighth day of work in the splendid setting of Castelrotto carrying out a double session today at Laranza sports pitches.
In the morning session, following the orders of Coach Maresca and his staff, the Crociati first carried out a technical warm-up, followed by rondos, physical work with the ball, and ball possession exercises.
In the afternoon, after more rondos, the Crociati completed technical exercises and ball possession work, then concluded the session with a match on a reduced sized pitch.
Tomorrow the Crociati will train on the pitch at 10:30 CEST for their morning session, then their afternoon session will take place at 17:30 CEST.
