Como, 28 November 2021 – Roberto Inglese, the man who scored the Crociati’s equaliser, spoke to the journalists at the end of the 1-1 draw between Como and Parma at the Sinigaglia.

“The coach has had very little time, the aspect he focused on most is our aggression. I think we saw a change in that today. It’s up to us to do the work”.

“Playing with Benedyczak? We can both play together, but the important thing is to play for the team, to do what the coach demands. We’re all important, for the coach’s style of play everyone is fundamental, there isn’t necessarily a pair that must always play.”

I’ve come back from a two year period in which I’ve suffered two serious injuries, I’m trying to get back to my best, it takes time, I’ve always been quiet and I’ve worked hard, hoping to bring back the pleasures of the past and above all to see Parma return to where it once was: I care about this jersey, that’s why I stayed here. Serie B is very difficult, we can only face it with hard work and a good team spirit. There are several foreign players, we must understand first of all what the coach wants, but I think the club has brought in the right person to allow these guys with so much potential to truly understand the nature of Serie B. If they all fit together with the group of older players, Parma can achieve great things”.

“Como is a newly promoted team with a good number of points so far, they are well organised and we prepared well, we gave it our all and in my opinion if it had lasted a few more minutes we could have got the win…”.
