Parma, 12 January 2022 – Following the new regulations issued by the Lega Serie B regarding stadium capacity due to the COVID-19 emergency (5,000 seats and closed away stands) for matchdays 19 and 20 of the championship, Parma Calcio 1913 has updated its info regarding the purchase of tickets for Parma vs. Crotone, set to take place on Saturday 15 January (14:00) at the Tardini.
Tickets have been on sale since this morning on Ticketone both online (click here) and at the ticket vendors.

Curva Nord tickets can be purchased exclusively at the points of sale in Parma and the rest of the province.
The “Friend of the season ticket holder” promotion remains valid.

PARMA VS. CROTONE TICKETS PURCHASED BEFORE POSTPONEMENT: VALIDITY AND REFUNDS
Tickets that had already been purchased for the Parma vs. Crotone match which was originally set to take place on 26 December 2021, then postponed to Saturday 15 January 2022, remain valid.
Any potential refund requests by those who do not wish to use them for the new date of the match must be submitted no later than 14th January 2022.
Refunds for tickets in the away sector purchased for either date must all be submitted on the same day.
For tickets bought online on the website sport.ticketone.it, the procedure indicated on the following page https://www.rimborso.info must be followed.
For tickets purchased at TicketOne points of sale, their cancellation and subsequent refund must be carried out at the point of sale where they were purchased.
In order to process the refund, it is necessary to present each ticket from the order (both for paper tickets and for tickets loaded onto a card/digital medium). Failure to present even one ticket from the order will invalidate your refund. Any voucher used for the purchase will be automatically credited back after the tickets have been cancelled, while the ‘monetary’ part will be returned to the customer at the ticket vendor.
USING A VOUCHER AS A METHOD OF PURCHASE
For the purchase of tickets, it will be possible to use the reimbursement vouchers for the 2019/20 season ticket.
The voucher can also be used for the purchase of tickets that are in other people’s names by carrying out the operation online from the Ticketone account of the voucher holder.
To purchase online with the voucher, enter the code indicated on the voucher on the Ticketone page.
If, on the other hand, you buy the ticket at a Ticketone point of sale, you must show up with the voucher.
CHANGE OF USER
It is forbidden to change the user on an individual match ticket, but it is possible with a season ticket, as long as the user’s title is transferred onto a Fidelity Card.
This can be done by clicking on ‘change support’ on the Ticketone service page (click here).
In order to gain access to the stadium, the person using the season ticket must also be in possession of the placeholder associated with the season ticket that he/she has been lent.
It is possible to obtain this by clicking on ‘print seat card’ on the aforementioned page.
ACCREDITATION FOR THE DISABLED
In the reserved section, in the Tribuna Est, free spaces are available, subject to availability, for fans with disabilities and their accompanying persons, in compliance with the usual procedures (click here).
In order to be accredited, a request must be sent by 15:00 CET on Thursday 13 January to the Supporters Liaison Officer-Disability Access Officer of Parma Calcio, at the following email address: gsquarcia@parmacalcio1913.com
Accepted requests will be answered with an email confirming the accreditation.
TICKET OFFICE OPEN FOR ACCREDITATION
On the day of the match, the ticket office will not be open for the sale of tickets, but only for the collection of club accreditations and press accreditations from 11:00 CET.
GREEN PASS
Access to the stadium for those over the age of 12 will only be granted to those in possession of a ‘Super’ Green Pass (Super Green Pass can be acquired only by those who have been vaccinated against or have recovered from Covid 19), which will be verified at the entrances.
The green COVID 19 certification will not be required at the time of purchasing the ticket but at the entrance to the ground, where each spectator will have to undergo a body temperature check. It should be noted that those who purchase a ticket without having the Green Pass will not be entitled to any refund.
Parma Calcio would like to point out that other forms of certification will not be accepted, such as self-certification, which do not allow for checking via a specific QR CODE issued by the Ministry of Health. The QR CODE will be checked via the VerificaC19 app.
As stated in the Stadium Rules of Use, it will be mandatory to wear an FFP2 mask during the entire course of the event. Parma Calcio also asks its fans to keep as much distance as possible between each other in the stands.
