Parma, 7 May 2022 – Parma Calcio 1913 are delighted to announce that the Club has been granted a UEFA License for 2022/23. The meeting held on 6 May 2022 was attended by representatives of the UEFA Club Licensing Committee, Dr Gerardo Longobardi (President), Saverio Andreani (Vice-president), Pietro Chierici, Prof. Giuseppe Marini, Dr. Luca Bozza and Prof. Adriano Benazzi.

Parma Calcio 1913 would like to express their utmost satisfaction at being a UEFA licensed club for the 2022/23 season. This achievement is a recognition of the high standards held by the Club.  “Obtaining a UEFA License – the only Serie B club to do so – is a source of immense pride for Parma Calcio and recognition of the elite standards, to which we strive,” said Administrative, Finance and Control Director Valerio Casagrande. “It’s not been an easy season and, of course, the results on the pitch haven’t reflected our ambitions. Being granted a UEFA License this year has great symbolic worth for us. It is the safeguarding and binding of our links to past international successes with our present under solid American ownership – with strong investment from inside Italy. This is now combined with our outlook for the future, which we hope to build together.
