Collecchio, 9 August 2022 – Parma Calcio announces that President Kyle Krause, together with Presidents of the other nine Clubs participating in the next Serie A Women’s professional championship, the FIGC President, the President of the Women’s Football Division and the representatives of the trade associations, has signed the collective Agreements with the female professional players the and technical staff.

This agreement is an historical step for women’s football and for the Italian football, as it represents the transition to professionalism in the employment relationships between the clubs and the professional footballers.

Parma Calcio thanks professional Clubs, FIGC, Women’s Soccer Division at the FIGC, AIC and AIAC that have contributed to the definition of the Agreements. Professionalism represents a fundamental recognition for women’s football, in which Parma Calcio firmly believes and for whose development is making significant investments.
