Parma, 29 September 2022 – Now that the international break is over, after Nations League, Under-19 European qualifiers and friendly matches, here’s how the Crociati got on for their respective countries:

  • Botond BALOGH (Hungary U21)

Double workload for Balogh, who played the full 90 minutes in both 1-0 wins against Bulgaria and Lithuania.

  • Francesco BORRIELLO (Italy U18)

In the double-headed friendly, played by the Azzurrini in L’Aquila against Serbia, our goalkeeper started in the second game. In the first, he was an unused sub.

  • Nathan BUAYI-KIALA (France U19)

Nathan Buayi-Kiala made his France Under-19 debut in the 73rd minute of the friendly against Portugal (2-0 defeat), and then played 87 minutes against Finland (2-0 win). He got a full 90 minutes in their final game against Serbia (1-3 defeat).

  • Alessandro CIRCATI (Italy U21)

The Crociati defender was not selected by Coach Nicolato in either of the two matches played by the Azzurri’s Under-21 side against England and Japan.

  • Dennis MAN (Romania First team)

Dennis Man returned to his national side with a goal, playing in both of Romania’s matches in the Nations League against Finland (1-1) and Bosnia-Herzegovina (4-1): in the first game, he got 66 minutes on the pitch, and in the second, played 65 minutes grabbing a goal.

  • Yordan OSORIO (Venezuela First team)

The Venezuelan defender was an unused sub in the friendly games with Iceland and the United Arab Emirates.

  • Dario SITS (Latvia U19)

Our young striker played 75 minutes against Romania in the European Championship qualifier.

  • Simon SOHM (Switzerland U21)

Two friendlies for Switzerland Under 21s. Simon Sohm played 90 minutes against Japan (2-1 win) and 45 minutes against Norway (3-2 loss).
