Collecchio, 2 November 2022 – Parma Calcio would like to announce that Domenico Panico is the new Head Coach of the Women’s First Team.

Born in Naples on 22 May 1979, Domenico Panico stood out last season in helping Pomigliano stave off relegation from Women’s Serie A. He has the UEFA A coaching licence, and started his professional career at Napoli in 2005 as a junior team Coach, finishing his role in 2008. For the same club, he coached the Under 14s between 2009 and 2011, and then the Under 15s from 2011 to 2013. The following season, he went to Juve Stabia to take charge of their Under 15s, before being given the reins of the Under 17s. In 2015, he returned to Napoli as the Under-15s’ Head Coach, and in 2016 went back to Juve Stabia to take charge of the Beretti side. In 2017, he joined Paganese as the Head Coach of their Berretti team, and in 2018 was in the hot-seat for Napoli’s Under 16. In 2019, he was given the chance to manage in the 5th tier of Italian football, Eccellenza, with Virtus Volla, a side from the region of Campania. In 2020, he had his first experience in Serie D at the helm of Portici.

Domenico Panico will be officially presented to the press tomorrow Thursday 3 November at 15:30 CET, alongside Sporting Director Domenico, in the press room at Collecchio. Access to journalists and operators will be allowed from 15:15 CET onwards.
