Collecchio, 15 December 2022 – The Crociati continued their preparation ahead of Sunday’s game against SPAL with a morning training session today.
After an activation, warm-up routine, the team worked on some pressing exercises, technical drills aimed at keeping ball possession, a game on a reduced-sized pitch and finally some fitness work.
Led by Fabio Pecchia and his staff, the group will undertake another morning session on Friday 16 December.
