Parma, 15 February 2023 – Tickets are still on sale for the game between Parma and Pisa (matchday 27 in Serie BKT 2022/2023) at stadio Ennio Tardini, scheduled for Tuesday 28 February at 20:30 CET. Parma Calcio would like to announce that ticket booths at the ground will be open from 17:30 CET until kick-off.
They are also available through the Ticketone ticketing agency until 19:30 CET on the day of the game, and can be bought online (click here) or in allocated sales points. The Club invites supporters to purchase tickets in advance in order to avoid lengthy queues on the day. Turnstiles will be open from 18:30 CET.
The designated sales points in Parma and the province are the following:
- Centro Coordinamento Parma Clubs – Palazzina Maria Luigia stadio Tardini, Piazzale Risorgimento 1-Parma (from Monday to Friday from 15:00 until 19:00 CEST)
- Tabaccheria Lottici, Piazza Ghiaia 33/D-Parma;
- Tabaccheria della Rocca, Via Emilio Lepido 1-Parma;
- Tabaccheria Panorama, Via Pellico20/A-Parma;
- Tabaccheria Salati, Piazza Partigiani d’Italia 4-Collecchio;

COLLECTING TARDINI CARD
At the ticket booths before the game, also the Tardini Card is available to be collected, for those fans who haven’t yet done so, and who at the time of subscription chose the option to pick up from the “event location”.

Tickets for the away stand (Settore Ospiti capacity, 1.872 seats) are available until 19:00 CET on Monday 27 February.
USING A VOUCHER AS A METHOD OF PURCHASE
For anyone wishing to do so, the reimbursement vouchers for the 2019/20 season ticket can be used to buy tickets for the match.
The voucher can also be used for the purchase of tickets in other people’s names by carrying out the operation online from the Ticketone account of the voucher holder.
To purchase online with the voucher, enter the code indicated on the voucher on the Ticketone page. If, on the other hand, you buy the ticket at a designated Ticketone sales point, you must present the voucher.
CHANGE OF USER
It is strictly forbidden to change the user on an individual match ticket, but it is possible on a season ticket.
Season Ticket on a Fidelity Card
This can be done by clicking on ‘change support’ on the Ticketone service page (click here) if the season ticket is loaded onto the Fidelity Card. In this case, the name must be transferred from one Fidelity Card to another, selecting the match required.
In order to gain access to the stadium, the person temporarily using the season ticket must also be in possession of their Fidelity Card, with the interested game loaded onto it, and also the seatcard associated with the season ticket that he/she has been lent.
This can be retrieved on the same Ticketone page under the heading ‘print seatcard’ (click here).
Printed Season Ticket
For those supporters who have printed season tickets, they must go to the same Ticketone service page (click here) and click on ‘change user‘ in order to delegate their ticket to another person.
At the end of the operation, a document will be emitted that must be shown on entering the stadium together with the paper form of the season ticket.
COLLECTION OF ACCREDITATIONS
On the day of the game, club and press accreditations can be collected from the ticket office from 17:30 CET onwards.
