NEXT GAMES ARE DIFFICULT FIXTURES?

“Thinking that Parma can casually win every game, this thought can cause problems. Each game has it's own difficulties, every one is different. But the group has a clear soul, Parma has a technical identity and a group spirit. Then some things need to be done differently, but in the last game the team fought back when they went behind, they wanted to play, hit the crossbar, had opportunities to win in the 95th minute.This is because the squad always work, has enthusiasm and balance. The more games we play, the more consistent we can be'.

SAMPDORIA PLAY TO BE THE STAR OF THE SHOW

“We need to play different to the last game against Sampdoria, in a good atmosphere, charged and motivating. And against a side that has a philosophy and style totally different. Aside from their current form, the squad has many players of quality, especially in the midfield and up front, that can play with speed. They are a side with a clear idea, they want to play and be the star of the show. Sampdoria has changed, like some players. And they also want to develop further. But the idea is never to defend, they want to play an open game. Sampdoria's set-up is well defined'.

GETTING RESULTS “AS A GROUP”

“We are continuing to work well, there is the right enthusiasm to work and be together. The only player that was away from the group, for something small, but is coming back, was Cristian Ansaldi, not for this game, but the rest of the team is available. The changes? I like to work with the squad, keeping them all involved. They all need to be ready, I trust them, their intelligence and calmness. I realise that not playing is always hard to accept, but with respect and calm I am able to help the squad. This should be emphasised, this group is capable of knowing how to be a team and getting results as a group. This makes it easier for a coach to make his choices'.

SOHM, MIHAILA AND CRITICISM OF BENEDYCZAK

“Simon is doing well, he could have been involved against Ascoli, but then the game went a different way. He could have played from the start, the contract situation is positive for him, the group and the whole Club. Simon is ready. Mihaila? Contract renewals take two, I want to say that Valentin had a very positive attitude on Sunday. He worked well for the squad, moved without the ball, he allowed us to go forward as a team.
