Parma, 24 June 2024 – Another Parma Calcio pre-season fixture has been confirmed: after their opening 2024/25 pre-season fixture against Swiss side Lugano on Saturday 13 July, Fabio Pecchia’s Gialloblu will face Royal Antwerp Football Club on Saturday 20 July (kick-off at 18:30 CEST).

It's a clash that brings back some historic memories: we played the same Belgian side in the 1993 European Cup Winners’ Cup final, running out 3-1 winners. That game took place at Wembley, where Severeyns cancelled out Minotti’s opener before Melli and Cuoghi sealed victory for Nevio Scala’s men. It was a magical night, and, 31 years on, the Gialloblu will now take on Royal Antwerp at the Bosuilstadion ahead of the 2024/25 Serie A campaign.
