Parma, 3 July 2024 - At 10:00 CEST, as scheduled, the Gialloblu were back out on the grass to carry their first session of pre-season 2024/25.

Without the players busy with their respective national sides (Man, Mihaila, Balogh, Osorio, Bonny, Circati and Bernabé), the squad were at work on pitch 2 in rainy conditions. 

The session lasted about 90 minutes and useful to start preparations ahead of the first friendly against Lugano (Saturday 13 July, 19:00 CEST).

The lads carried out a general activation, full-length pitch fitness drills, a technical activation, some ball possession and further fitness work. 

Sessions are scheduled on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 July at 10:00 CEST, while on Saturday 6 July the Mutti Training Center in Collecchio will be open for fans to watch training (how and what time will be announced shortly).
