The Privacy and security of its users’ data are of the upmost importance for Parma Calcio 1913 S.r.l.

The IT systems and software procedures used for ParmaCalcio1913’s website collect, during their normal use, some personal data in accordance with internet communication protocols. This data is not collected to identify users however some of the information collected, due to its nature, if processed and associated with third party data, could allow the user to be potentially identified. This data category also includes IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by users to connect to the website and URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the resources requested by the user, the time of the request, the method used for the server request, the dimension of the file obtained, the numerical code that indicates the reply status from the server (successful request, error message etc.) and other parameters related to the Operating system and the user’s IT environment.

This information will be used exclusively to collect statistical and anonymous data about the use of the website and to ensure that the website is working correctly. Parma Calcio 1913 will not collect or use, in any way, personal data.

Parma Calcio 1913 uses IT tools for the global management of its relationship with users (in accordance with EU legislation n. 2016/679 for the protection of personal data, which can also be referred to as ‘interested parties’).

In such cases, the data is collected through the ‘’Identity’’ system. Through this system, the user can access their personal data and view what they have given consent for. They can also withdraw their consent.

5. Consent, consent withdrawal and consequences of failing to give consent

The consent listed above is given by ticking the relative boxes provided by the data handler. A brief description of the data handling and its purpose is listed next to these boxes, but it is not exhaustive. For a complete description, refer to paragraph 3.

Except for the cases listed below, if consent is not given to even one of the consent requests listed in the table in paragraph 3 and/or the indicated data, Parma Calcio 1913 will not be able to handle data for any of the purposes for which the consent is needed, as listed in the column ‘’description and purpose of data handling’’

With regards to the registration on the app ‘’Parma Calcio 1913’’ (point 1) of paragraph 3), if the user does not provide the data requested, they can still use the basic functions of the app.

Regarding registration of the website shop.parmacalcio1913.com (point 2) of paragraph 3), if the user only provides their name, surname, date of birth and email, they will still be able to still create a profile and receive the promotional communications (always having given the relative consent), but they will not be able to proceed with any form of purchase. The consent can be withdrawn at any moment by contacting the data handler at the following email address info@ParmaCalcio1913.com.

Furthermore, for consent regarding the data collected using the ‘’Identity’’ system (on the app ‘’Parma Calcio 1913’’ and on the website www.parmacalcio1913.com) the user can access a login page and withdraw each individual consent given.

In the case that consent is withdrawn, Parma Calcio 1913 will no longer be able to provide the services listed in the column ‘’description and purpose of data handling’’ in paragraph 3 for which consent has been withdrawn. Withdrawal of consent will not compromise the legitimacy of the data handling carried out up until the consent was withdrawn.

The consent mentioned above, must only be given by users aged 16 or over. Minors under the age of 16 must not share any personal data without the consent of a parent or a legal guardian.

The data controller, therefore, invites all users under the age of 16 to not share any of their own personal data without obtaining prior consent from their parent or legal guardian.

By ticking the consent box, when requested, the user declares to be aged 16 or over or to have the consent of a legal guardian. If, at any time, Parma Calcio 1913 becomes aware that any personal data has been provided by a minor under the age of 16, it will immediately delete this data or request the pertaining consent from the parent or legal guardian of the minor. Parma Calcio 1913 reserves the right to stop access to any services for users who have concealed the fact they are a minor under the age of 16 or who have shared their personal data without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

6. User rights (interested parties) and data transfers

Every user has the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation about whether their personal data is being handled. If they receive confirmation that their data is being handled, they have the right to gain access to their personal data and to the information required in article 15 of EU legislation n. 2016/679.

They also retain the right to update, add to, revise, modify or delete their data without any cost as well as the right to ask for the handling of their data to be limited or to oppose its handling altogether. In addition, they retain the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent. If the user deems any of these actions necessary or requires any information about Parma Calcio 1913’s Privacy Policy, they can write to the data controller at the following email address: info@Parmacalcio1913.com.

Furthermore, every user has the right to lodge a complaint to the Italian Data Protection Authority, the authority charged with the protection of personal data.

7. Data Sharing

As described fully in paragraph 2, all the data collected, mentioned in this document, will be contained in the CRM, that is managed by the company Salesforce.com inc., and by its related subsidiaries. The data will be stored in this way on servers situated in the EU.

If an order is place on the website shop.parmacalcio1913.com, all the data provided will be shared with PVS Services Italia S.r.l. to manage the order itself as well as the delivery of the products ordered.

The common personal data provided for the purchase of entry tickets to the stadium can be communicated to the police, in compliance with the law. Furthermore, the data provided for purchases made on the website www.parmacalcio1913.ticketone.it will be shared with TicketOne S.p.a in order to manage and carry out the purchase.

The data from the Parma Calcio 1913 Card can be shared with affiliated sales establishments, in order to make use of any related discounts.

In addition, all the data, can be shared with consultants and lawyers, when required to comply with legal obligations and/or for the protection of Parma Calcio 1913’s rights.

The data will not be shared to any states outside the EU or international organizations.
