The Italian Footballers' Association (AIC) and the Lega Nazionale Professionisti B continue their commitment with projects and initiatives aimed at fighting match fixing. This commitment, carried out for over ten years, has been extended this season with new themes relating to the risks and opportunities linked to the players' profession.

The title of this new initiative is 'Football is not just a game'. A series of meetings are to be organized by the AIC and LNPB, in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs through the Central Criminal Police Direction from the Department of Public Security. This initiative involves First Team players, as well as young talents from the Primavera and Under 17 sides from every Club involved in Serie BKT.

The aim of these meetings is to address crucial issues related to integrity in football, educating and raising awareness among players of the risks and responsibilities associated with their profession. The AIC and the LNPB thus demonstrate an ongoing commitment to protecting integrity and transparency in the world of professional football.
