Parma, 27 September 2023 - Crociato attacker, Anthony Partipilo’s comments following Parma’s victory over Bari on Matchday seven of the Serie BKT championship. 

“The goal against Bari? Bari is my home, I grew up there, on a human level I am sorry. But I am a professional, I have to do well for the team I play for. To wear this shirt is an honour and I want to do everything possible to please the city and the team. An important victory, we are only at the start of the season and we’re not looking at the table. We are charging up our energy and already thinking about Cremonese, I am doing well in Parma and I’m happy. For me, it’s an important opportunity to play for this fantastic club. I began as a starter immediately, I am happy about the team’s performance. It would have been a shame to not take home all 3 points, we did not let our heads drop and we sought victory at any cost. I try that curling shot in training a lot. Today I did a one-two with Valentin and when you score, it’s even better. Regardless of who plays, it's the team that counts.”
