Parma, 10 October 2023 - Eight Crociati players from the Men's first team squad have been called up by their respective countries for the upcoming international schedule, including friendlies, European Championships and World Cup qualifying games. Out of all the games, the one that stands out the most is Yordan Osorio's Venezuela taking on Brazil away from home.
Martin Turk and Tjas Begić (SLOVENIA)
For the keeper and striker, they have two games for Slovenia's U21s: first up is Cyprus (13 October) and then a home game with Austria (17 October), both Euro 2025 qualifiers.
Dennis Man and Valentin Mihaila (ROMANIA)
Our two Romanians, following their last league outing against Venezia, were immediately off for Romania's two upcoming Euro 2024 qualifers: first against Belarus away (12 October), while the second game is at home to Andorra (15 October).
Anas Haj Mohamed (TUNISIA)
Another call-up for Tunisia U20s for Anas Haj Mohamed, who has a double friendly header date with Congo on 13 and 16 October.
Botond Balogh (HUNGARY)
Hungary vs. Serbia (14 October) and Lithuania vs. Hungary (17 October) in Euro 2024 qualification is where the Crociati defender will be busy over the next week.
Alessandro Circati (AUSTRALIA)
Looking for his debut for is Alessandro Circati, who has two friendlies coming up against England (13 October) and New Zealand (17 October).
Yordan Osorio (VENEZUELA)
The most interesting clash, and the most difficult, is without doubt for Yordan Osorio, whose Venezuela side take on Brazil (13 October) in a 2026 World Cup qualifier.
