'Only Juve in 2006/07 and Sassuolo in 2012/13 have had a start like this? It's a great stat but the season isn't over. We need to keep building and improving. I'm pleased for the boys but the stat is relative. The hug at full time with the bench? These are things that existed before as well; they're about cohesion, identity and a desire to win together. We had to dig in late in the first half when Cremonese were on top and we came together with a spirit of sacrifice from everyone. And we were great in the second half. What pleased me most was my boys' desire. They battled hard in the second bit of the first half and then looked well in control after the break. We had the capacity to react and the second goal was great; the team wanted to play good football. All this against one of the best sides in the league. A young Parma team? We're talking about two different Cremonese sides. When I was there, it was a young team and this Cremonese side is more mature. My Parma team is also made up of lots of talented young players, who want to show their worth and create this identity for the Club and city. Record numbers? We need to give it the right value; the league is on. It's good but we need to look ahead.'
