THE FIRST STAGE OF THE LANZI TRASLOCHI CUP WITH THE RECOGNISED 'PARMA ACADEMY' FOOTBALL SCHOOLS

Parma, 21 November 2023 - With five clubs and more than one hundred children involved, the first stage of the Lanzi Traloschi Cup took place on Sunday 19 November at the CUS Parma Sporting Centre. The tournament is dedicated to the 'Parma Academy' recognised Football Schools in Parma and neighbouring provinces. The Recognised Football Schools project, launched this year on an experimental basis and currently involving five affiliated clubs, represents a further step in the Academy's commitment to the improvement and growth of amateur sports in our territory.

Among the many yellow and blue flags that adorned the sporting centre, in an atmosphere which valued friendship and fun, the eight participating teams faced each other on the two pitches in a group stage first and then a second Final Phase which ended late in the afternoon with the customary photos and applause from families present. The second stage of the Lanzi Traloschi Cup, scheduled for Sunday 3 December in Langhirano, will be dedicated to women’s football with Langhiranese, Cus Parma, Montanara and Juventus Club, four of the nine teams linked to Parma Academy for the Women’s Sector.
