Parma, 6 March 2024 - Dennis Man and Adrian Benedyczak run. And they run a lot for Parma Calcio. They run for the team, vital for the role that coach Fabio Pecchia has given them, they run for the Serie B table and they run for the leading goalscorer list.

The forwards from Vladimirescu and Kamien Pomorski are now both in double figures for the league: ten goals each. These goals have helped the team to have the best attack with 53 goals (Palermo second with 51, Venezia third with 50). And with just 28 goals conceded, which is the second best defence, our team can also boast the best goal difference in the table: +25, ahead of Cremonese's +18 and Venezia's +16.

After 28 games, the main objective is to always help the team, as Pecchia's demands, but with this way of playing, both the Romanian and the Pole are giving out their best performances for the Gialloblu. In fact, Parma is also leading another special ranking: the number of plays in the opposition area. Here, the Gialloblu are on top with 776 actions created, ahead of Cremonese (second with 735) and Palermo (third with 699). In this ranking, Brescia, their next opponent on Friday, is second to last with 492, just above Sudtirol. In the reverse fixture against Brescia, who were in an excellent run of form, Man scored the second goal (after Adrian Bernabé's first goal of the season), contributing to a 2-0 win for the Gialloblu in what was the last game of 2023. Now, Dennis continues to run, paired with Benedyczak, and who knows, maybe he wants to do him a favour and continue to stay at the top of the rankings where, together, they are a real force.
