“I’m thrilled with today’s performance. On the pitch, we were a team that truly enjoyed ourselves. We were active in midfield and upfront, and I believe that’s the key—having fun and, even more importantly, getting results. We’re proving that we can hold our own in Serie A. We work hard during the week, enjoy our time together, and follow the coach’s instructions. There isn’t a set role for anyone; we need to adapt to what the game requires, as I did today. Playing these games is a pleasure and should be; it takes effort and focus, but when you follow the coach’s guidance and enjoy the game, it shows. Today, we needed to work on attacking depth and creating space, and our goal came from a quick counterattack. It doesn’t matter who scores, but how we achieve it. We were present and recognised the key moments of the game. I scored, but that’s secondary. The first half was strong, and in the second half, we managed to add another goal.
