Salerno, 22 November 2023 - Mauro Pederzoli spoke during the Gran Gala of the 12th edition of the Festival of Italian Football at the Saint Joseph Resort in Salerno.

THE PARMA PHILOSOPHY

“We are growing a lot as a squad, our path began last year with Pecchia's arrival, something a lot of the young players can attest to. This year, few changes have been made. There has been growth, last year we made it to the playoffs. We are a competitive side, we have started well: the aim is to win as many games as possible, and we will see what happens in the end. Pecchia really gave life to our project. A squad has to try and get results on the pitch and improve their young players, in this way, Pecchia has been splendid. From this comes the choice to continue'.

RENEWAL STRATEGY

'With the contact renewals, on one hand, the Club has tried to gain the trust of young talents, it was a logical and targeted choice to reinforce the construction of a medium to long-term project.
