SERIE BKT, MATCHDAY 16: PARMA 3-3 PALERMO

Parma, 10 December 2023 - When it all seemed over, Gabriel Charpentier’s 96th-minute header earned Parma a point. The spoils were shared between Parma and Palermo but considering the number of chances and plays Parma had, the Gialloblù deserved much more. Two incredible goals from Brunori in the first 18 minutes and then it was all Parma. A one-sided match with four clear-cut chances in the first half alone. Estévez reduced the deficit in the second half (deflection off Marconi), but Segre re-established Palermo’s two-goal advantage in the 86th minute. Then Mihaila and Charpentier, in the space of 5 minutes, levelled Parma before Palermo could escape with all three points. It ended 3-3 with the Gialloblù in front of the Curva to embrace the fans. Next up, Parma play Cosenza away on Saturday 16 December. Another historical match to mark Parma’s 110th birthday.
