Parma, 12 December 2023 - The Gialloblù d’Or was presented to Fabio Pecchia. The traditional Christmas event, organised by the Centro Coordinamento Parma Clubs and president Angelo Manfredini, ended with the awarding of the prize to the Parma Calcio coach. “For professionalism and humanity,” the reasons which led the jury to award this recognition to the coach, which was presented amid applause and cheers for Pecchia and the team. 

As well as the entire management (with the Corporate and Sport Managing Directors, Roel Vaeyens and Luca Martines), the coaching staff and Men’s First Team, the whole Women’s First Team, with the sporting director Domenico Aurelio and coach, Salvatore Colatuono, were present, as well as all of Parma Special, with manager Emanuela Adronaco and coach, Stefano Cavalli at the Parma&Congressi Hotel for the 21st ceremony. 

'I am excited and speechless. First, because it is nice to receive an award. Then, it’s clear that it is not for achievements, so it becomes even more valuable. I’d like to share this with the 'gang' (reference to the team present, ed) and the managers. It's beautiful and it comes from the heart, beyond just the results on the field, we have challenged ourselves and - I want to use the plural - we are trying to build something important. I’d like to invite everyone to stay, no one excluded. I carry it in my heart,' said coach, Fabio Pecchia.
