Parma, 7 December 2024 - Fabio Pecchia has reached an extraordinary milestone: 100 appearances in the dugout as Head Coach of Parma Calcio. The journey began on 7 August 2022 with a 2-0 win against Salernitana (Coppa Italia Frecciarossa), in a season which saw his impact evidently grow on the team. Since that day, three years of excitement and emotion have passed, but with a balance that speaks clearly: 45 wins, 30 draws and 25 losses. An average point per game rate of 1.65, demonstrating a solid and winning management style.

These numbers show a brilliant and concrete reality: after 100 appearances in the dugout, the Head Coach has managed to gain points on 75 occasions, a constant figure which shows his ability to obtain solid results and make Parma a competitive team. An achievement, reason for satisfaction for the Club and Head Coach, who received a contract extension until 2027, demonstrating the desire to give continuity and growth to the project. Since 2022, his work has seen Parma return to Serie A, using a clear and definitive idea when it comes to the playing style and mentality, with a view focusing on the present and the future.
