'The secret of Parma? Planning and path, perhaps these two elements represent our secret. This is a story that started three years ago when this group of young players arrived, who today are proving their worth. We had the strength, thanks to the ownership, to find continuity. The arrival of Fabio Pecchia at the beginning of last season accelerated this whole process. Continuity paid off here too, the choice to move forward together. And for this reason, we are experiencing a good moment, but we haven't achieved anything yet. There are still points missing, there are still matches to be played and won. We are there, and we will try until the end.'

STAYING FOCUSED TO SECURE POINTS
