Collecchio, 16 March 2025 - Five players from the Men's First Team have received a call-up from their respective National Teams, while Serie A Enilive action is paused.
Called-up by Head Coach Marco Rossi for the double-header against Turkey: Hungary will play on 20 March in Istanbul and then 23 March in Budapest for their Nations League play-off.
Leoni will be involved in three matches against Latvia, Spain and France for the Italy Under 19 team: the Élite Round matches for European qualification will take place from 19 to 25 March.
Romania will be involved in two World Cup qualifiers: firstly against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Bucharest, and then against San Marino in Serravalle, on 21 and 24 March respectively.
Switzerland have two friendlies against Northern Ireland and Luxembourg scheduled. The Swiss will play in Belfast (21 March) and then St. Gallen (25 March). Sohm has been called-up for both games.
Japan will continue their World Cup qualification campaign: they will play two games in Saitama, against Bahrain (20 March) and Saudi Arabia (25 March).
YOUTH SECTOR
Nicolas Trabucchi, Elia Plicco, Alessandro Ciardi have all been called up to the Italy Under 18 squad for two friendlies against Belgium. Alessio Raballo received his first call-up to the Cuba National Team as they will face Trinidad & Tobago over two matches. Karlo Pajsar and Andrija Burcar have been called up to the Croata Under 17 side, which Dominik Drobnic and Den Terrnava received call-ups to the Slovenia Under 19 team and Albania Under 21 team, respectively.
