SERIE BKT, MATCHDAY 36: BARI 1-1 PARMA

Bari, 1 May 2024 - Parma are back in Serie A! The draw in Bari returns the Gialloblu to the top league. Bonny's goal opened the scoring. Di Cesare's equalised for Bari.


In the first half, the best chances fell for the Gialloblu in the first 15 minutes. Hernani and Bernabé struck some efforts from distance, but the best chance was created by Partipilo and Bonny. Mihaila was found with a splendid pass however, the Romanian failed to direct towards the goal.


In the second half, the Gialloblu broke the deadlock at 50' with Bonny, skillfully taking advantage of some Parma high-pressing and scoring from 20 meters. Bari equalised with a Di Cesare curler. The game was even from then on, and after 4 minutes of extra time, Parma returned to Serie A. 732 fans made the trip and duly celebrated in the San Nicola stadium.


Next up is a home game at the Tardini against Cremonese on Sunday 5 May, and a chance to celebrate with all the fans.
