'The training camp? We started a week ago, now we need to train more. It's the first match of the season, we definitely need to improve. We have worked hard nonetheless, we are a very young but strong team. We are back in Serie A and we want to have a good season. Last year we played very well and we want to continue doing that. The goal is to stay in Serie A, doing so with a true and well-played football'.

'Lugano? They are strong, they're going to play against Fenerbahce, and I see that their game is very good. My goal? Tactically and physically, I am ready after four seasons. When I arrived in Parma, I was very young, but now I feel ready to play my cards in Serie A. My role? It is important to help the team, and I play where the coach wants me to. The national team? It is a goal for me, I want to have a good season for myself and for the team. And maybe this can help me get back into the national team'.
